In our initial look at the help ticket service providers , what we found were services that mostly fell underpar for what you ( the small or home business owner) require in a ticket service, they were either designed for the mega company with huge budgets or based out of the country such as in india or some other country, or they dont have any contact information at all on their website other than a simple form to fill out, or their site has not been updated in several years, and many other reasons that we as consumers ourselves felt very unconfortable in doing business with them.

We feel that if you pay for a service then you deserve to know about that company and for that company to be available to you using several contact sources.
